THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Know what
connects to what.

A straightforward overview of the software, service connections and information involved.

Software and telephone service

Elite Call Center supplies the software workspace. Your organization provides its own Twilio account and pays its provider for numbers, calls and other telecom usage. Enabling a software workspace does not automatically configure telephone service.

Accounts and organization access

Application access requires a login. Call-center permissions are checked against organization membership and activation. Administrative settings require additional access. Disabling software access blocks the organization’s call-center workspace and calling endpoints.

Provider credentials

Twilio authentication tokens and API key secrets saved through the settings interface are encrypted in the application database. Calling callbacks require provider signature validation. Keep access to your administrator account and server restricted.

Recordings and AI

Call recording and AI processing require configuration. When enabled, recordings may be retrieved from Twilio and sent to the configured AI service for transcription and summaries. The application stores processed results for authorized review. AI output can contain mistakes and needs human review.

Your organization is responsible for deciding what to record and for appropriate notices and permissions. Agree on recording, AI and storage expectations before activation.

AI usage charges

Monthly AI allowances are pooled across your organization: Starter 2,000 processed recording minutes, Team 5,000, Business 10,000 and Professional 15,000. Enterprise allowances are negotiated. Additional processed recording minutes cost $0.03 each. Transcription, summaries, suggested outcomes and action items are included in that rate. A recording’s duration is counted once; separate speakers and internal retries do not add customer charges.

The AI allowance does not provide unlimited recording storage. Recording retention and any additional storage charges are confirmed during setup. Usage tracking, advance alerts and automated overage billing are being implemented; online checkout is not yet available.

Setup requests

The setup form stores the name, email, company, team-size selection, provider status, Elite customer status and message you submit, plus the submission time and selected pricing interest. These details are available to the service operator for reviewing and responding to the request. Do not include passwords, API credentials, payment information or call recordings.

Use the contact form → for questions about a submitted request or the information you provided. Standard server logs and session cookies are used to operate the site and protect form submissions.

Software pricing

Monthly software plans are based on active call-center agents: Starter $249 for up to 5, Team $399 for 6–10, Business $699 for 11–20, and Professional $999 for 21–35. Enterprise, for 36 or more agents, is quoted through sales. Telecom usage is separate. Your plan includes a monthly organization-wide AI allowance, with additional processed recording minutes at $0.03 each. Enterprise allowances are negotiated. Online payment is not yet available on this site.
